After passing the Bill No(555) 2005 C. L. about Energy Efficiency of Buildings, Slovak republic has realized the important condition of the EU member states. The code imposes the statutory duty of the energy certification of new buildings and so significantly older renewing buildings, which a final building approval starts after January 1, 2008. After the certification of the building, this one is categorized into the concrete energy category and the base is the calculation of the energy economy and categorization of the building.
